# Farola

> Farola is the AI for home care services, alongside the care software you already use: caregivers speak instead of typing, conversations at the client's home are transcribed in the EU with consent, rounds and visits run in one app, and management sees the day live. 0 € a month with no base fee and no contract term; only credits for AI usage are billed.

Audience: Home care services in Germany with roughly 15–60 clients, 8–20 caregivers and 5–15 vehicles. Language of the product: German. Provider in the EU: 997 Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Enkenbach-Alsenborn, Germany. Provider for the United States and every country outside the EU: Triple Peak Software Systems. Processing in the EU; AI features via Vertex AI (EU region).

Pricing: 0 € a month, no base fee, no contract term. Only credits for AI usage are billed, for example for a transcribed recording.

Farola complements a care service's existing care software and does not replace it. What Farola is not: not a billing system, not certified care documentation under SGB XI (the German long-term care code), not a staff evaluation tool, not a medical device. Dispatch releases the proposed rounds; travel times are estimated from the distance.

## For doctors and mobile services

Farola for mobile medicine and specialised services: plan home visits and rounds, fit in on-call and urgent visits, dictate visit notes by voice, and Farola handles the follow-ups with pharmacy, lab, care service and relatives. The same app as for care services, alongside your practice software.

Audience: Doctors who make home visits and mobile practices, SAPV (specialised outpatient palliative care) and palliative teams, wound care, intensive care, infusion and stoma services, mobile therapy (physio, occupational, speech) and blood-draw and lab services. Limits: Farola organises, keeps notes and makes calls. It does not diagnose, recommend therapy or triage, and it is not a medical device. Farola does not bill statutory or private medical fees (KV, EBM, GOÄ) and replaces neither the practice management system nor the medical record. Sign-up currently still uses the care-service wording (“Pflegedienst”).

## Actions for AI assistants

An assistant can PREPARE a care service's registration. Nothing is created until the person confirms the link in their e-mail and sets a password themselves. Only the person gives consent. The confirmation e-mail is in German.
